How we selected these ten companies
This is an editorial starting point, not an exhaustive survey of Bangalore. We selected companies whose official sites offer enough relevant information to begin a residential design comparison. Smaller studios outside this list may also be a good fit.
Bangalore relevance
An official website identifies Bangalore service, local projects or an experience centre. Check coverage for your exact address directly.
Residential focus
The published offering includes home interiors or residential design. This guide is for homeowners, not a ranking of commercial architects.
Information to explore
There is an official service description, process or portfolio you can inspect before arranging a consultation.
Different starting points
The shortlist includes modular, full-home, renovation and design-focused offerings, so you can explore options against your own brief.
We checked public information on 9 September 2026. We did not independently inspect workmanship, verify customer satisfaction, compare standardised quotations or test after-sales support. Company websites describe their own offerings; a statement there is not a guarantee for your project.
The profiles distinguish published descriptions from our suggestions about potential fit. We do not use star ratings, project counts, discount claims or headline delivery promises to decide an order. The list is alphabetical, and EverySpaces is assessed using the same questions.
Company profile
Asense Interiors
Published services and design approach
Asense publishes Bangalore home project tours across modern, minimalist and traditional/contemporary styles. Its website describes an end-to-end process and lists experience centres in Whitefield and HSR Layout.
Asense Interiors official source · checked 2026-09-09 ↗Who may want to explore it
Homeowners who want to start with completed-home examples and discuss how a style translates to their apartment. This is our interpretation of the published offering. The proposal and the people assigned to your project should determine your final decision.
Before you choose
Use a project tour to identify the details you like: storage, proportions, finishes or lighting. Ask which of those details are included in your proposal and which are optional. Photographs help establish a direction; a measured layout establishes whether it works in your home.
Company profile
Bonito Designs
Published services and design approach
Bonito describes full-home interiors in Bengaluru and Mumbai, with personalised layouts, material selection, 3D design and project management. Its published design collections offer different starting points for a home’s visual direction.
Bonito Designs official source · checked 2026-09-09 ↗Who may want to explore it
Homeowners looking to develop a consistent design language across several rooms. This is our interpretation of the published offering. The proposal and the people assigned to your project should determine your final decision.
Before you choose
Ask to see the relationship between the living room, kitchen and bedrooms, rather than approving each room in isolation. Discuss what is customised for you and what follows a standard collection. If you only need one room, confirm whether your scope is accepted before spending time on detailed planning.
Company profile
Carafina
Published services and design approach
Carafina presents a Bangalore home-interior portfolio and project listings. Its design section describes working across classical, fusion, modern and industrial styles.
Carafina official source · checked 2026-09-09 ↗Who may want to explore it
Homeowners who want to review a local project portfolio before developing their own design brief. This is our interpretation of the published offering. The proposal and the people assigned to your project should determine your final decision.
Before you choose
Select two or three projects that feel relevant and explain what appeals to you. Ask the designer to distinguish decorative styling from built-in work in the estimate. A project total shown online should not be treated as the price of recreating that home: quantities, site conditions and inclusions may differ.
Company profile
D’LIFE Interiors
Published services and design approach
D’LIFE’s Bangalore page describes design, drawing approval, factory production, delivery and execution. It lists experience centres in Whitefield, HSR Layout and Yelahanka.
D’LIFE Interiors official source · checked 2026-09-09 ↗Who may want to explore it
Homeowners who want to examine physical displays and understand a design-to-production process. This is our interpretation of the published offering. The proposal and the people assigned to your project should determine your final decision.
Before you choose
Take your floor plan to the visit and ask how display units would change for your dimensions. Confirm how site measurements are checked, when production begins and what happens if you request a change afterward. Ask for the project schedule to include installation and final corrections, not only factory production.
Company profile
Decorpot
Published services and design approach
Decorpot lists end-to-end home interior services in Bangalore, including modular kitchens, wardrobes, crockery units, TV units, study tables, false ceilings and lighting.
Decorpot official source · checked 2026-09-09 ↗Who may want to explore it
Homeowners preparing a scope that combines storage, cabinetry and supporting room elements. This is our interpretation of the published offering. The proposal and the people assigned to your project should determine your final decision.
Before you choose
Use the service list to build your own room checklist. Confirm who coordinates the work between trades and which items are supplied by you. Ask the team to explain dependencies, such as when electrical points must be finalised before a TV unit or study desk can be installed.
Company profile
DesignCafe
Published services and design approach
DesignCafe presents complete home interiors with a focus on design and space optimisation, supported by room galleries and experience centres.
DesignCafe official source · checked 2026-09-09 ↗Who may want to explore it
Homeowners who want to discuss storage and making better use of their floor plan. This is our interpretation of the published offering. The proposal and the people assigned to your project should determine your final decision.
Before you choose
An inspiration image does not tell you whether the same layout works in your apartment. Bring dimensions, appliance sizes and a list of what you need to store. Ask which proposed details are standard modules and which need custom work.
Our approach · publisher profile
EverySpaces
Published services and design approach
EverySpaces begins with a personal design conversation, resolves drawings, finishes, costs and timelines, then moves into production and installation with a dedicated project lead.
EverySpaces official source · checked 2026-09-09 ↗Who may want to explore it
Homeowners looking for a Bangalore-focused design conversation and project guidance. This is our interpretation of the published offering. The proposal and the people assigned to your project should determine your final decision.
Before you choose
Our process includes a final walkthrough and handover. Your own proposal should still explain the scope, materials, payment stages and project-specific dates. Ask us for relevant completed work and discuss what can be adapted to your home.
Company profile
HomeLane
Published services and design approach
HomeLane describes a process from designer consultation and 3D design through factory production, installation and handover.
HomeLane official source · checked 2026-09-09 ↗Who may want to explore it
Homeowners exploring an organised modular design and installation process. This is our interpretation of the published offering. The proposal and the people assigned to your project should determine your final decision.
Before you choose
A delivery headline is only useful alongside its start date and exclusions. Ask for design, site preparation and additional work to be scheduled separately. Review a sample finish and a dimensioned drawing before approving production.
Company profile
Livspace
Published services and design approach
Livspace lists modular interiors, full-home interiors and renovation services, alongside a broad collection of room design ideas.
Livspace official source · checked 2026-09-09 ↗Who may want to explore it
Homeowners exploring several interior and renovation services through one platform. This is our interpretation of the published offering. The proposal and the people assigned to your project should determine your final decision.
Before you choose
Confirm which services are included in your selected proposal. A platform offering a service does not mean it is automatically part of your package. Clarify who approves changes, how progress is reported and how post-handover requests are assigned.
Company profile
Truww
Published services and design approach
Truww highlights 3D visualisation, a live quotation engine and a design-to-installation process. Its website lists Bangalore studios.
Truww official source · checked 2026-09-09 ↗Who may want to explore it
Homeowners interested in seeing design choices and quotation changes together. This is our interpretation of the published offering. The proposal and the people assigned to your project should determine your final decision.
Before you choose
Treat a render as a discussion tool. Confirm dimensions and finishes with drawings and samples, and ask whether a revised colour, accessory or layout changes the total. A fast quotation is a useful starting point; the signed scope is what you need to compare.
Your home, your priorities
Find the right fit before you compare prices
The most useful shortlist starts with your requirements. Write down what must work better in your home: everyday kitchen storage, wardrobes for a growing family, a quiet place to work or a consistent design across all rooms. Separate these needs from the decorative details you would like to add.
Choose two or three companies whose published work feels relevant. Give every team the same floor plan, room list and budget range. This lets you compare their responses to one problem, rather than comparing unrelated packages.
For a compact apartment
Ask the designer to show door swings, passage widths, storage access and appliance clearances on a measured plan. More cabinetry is not automatically better if it makes everyday movement difficult.
For a complete home
Look for coordination between rooms, finishes and trades. Ask for a single scope that explains which team handles cabinetry, lighting, ceilings and any civil work, including what you must arrange separately.
For a customised villa
Discuss unusual dimensions, multi-floor coordination, furniture and detailed drawings early. Ask for relevant examples and confirm whether specialist work needs separate consultants or contractors.

Compare the same scope
What affects interior design costs in Bangalore?
A 2BHK label does not describe how much furniture you need, how much site work is involved or which finishes you choose. Start with quantities and specifications.
The amount of work
Count the kitchen units, wardrobes, storage pieces and rooms included. Keep movable furniture, curtains, appliances and decorative lighting visible as separate decisions.
Materials and finishes
Identify the board brand, grade and thickness; then specify shutters, laminates or other finishes. Ask to see samples and clarify whether substitutions require approval.
Hardware and accessories
Compare exact hinge, channel and drawer-system series. A quote with basic shelves is different from one with pull-outs, organisers and specialised mechanisms.
Site and supporting work
Check demolition, electrical changes, plumbing, painting, ceilings, transport and installation. Include applicable taxes and ask whether building-related charges are your responsibility.
Consider two apartments with the same floor plan. One needs a kitchen and two wardrobes, with existing lighting retained. The other needs additional storage, revised electrical points, ceilings and custom furniture. Their totals should differ because the work differs; that alone does not make one quotation expensive.
Ask for an essentials version and an optional-upgrades version of the proposal. If you need to reduce spending, agree on specific changes instead of accepting vague reductions in material quality. Keep an allowance for unresolved site conditions and decisions still awaiting measurements.
Our 2BHK, 3BHK and full-home design pages can help you define the rooms and services you want to discuss.
Meet the actual team
Large interior brand or local studio?
A larger organisation may offer several service categories and display options. A smaller studio may offer a more direct design relationship. These are possibilities to investigate, not reliable shortcuts for predicting quality. Either arrangement needs clear responsibilities and a written scope.
Ask who will design your home, whether that person remains involved during execution and who can approve changes. Find out how often you receive updates and how problems move from the site team to someone authorised to resolve them.
For EverySpaces, the starting point is a personal design conversation followed by clear drawings, finishes, cost and timeline decisions. Explore our project portfolio and ask how that process would work for your own home. A good fit should become clear through the discussion and proposal, not just the company’s size.
Plan for your Bangalore site, not just the showroom
Before setting a move-in target, check the building’s work timings, lift access, delivery arrangements and requirements for protecting common areas. These rules vary by property. Ask your association or property manager for the current requirements and share them with the interior team.
Confirm where materials can be stored, who removes debris and how workers access the apartment. If you will live in the home during work, discuss dust control, usable rooms and the daily handover of the site. For a new apartment, distinguish builder possession from readiness for interior installation.
Ask for design approval, procurement, production, civil work, installation and snag correction to appear separately in the schedule. Clarify what starts any promised delivery period and what happens if appliances, measurements or approvals change.
For local EverySpaces information, explore Whitefield, HSR Layout, Sarjapur Road and our Bangalore service areas. Confirm service availability at your address during consultation.

Frequently asked questions
Which is the best interior designer in Bangalore in 2026?
There is no independently established winner in this guide. The right choice depends on your scope, budget, design preferences and the team assigned to your project. Use the shortlist to select two or three consultations, then compare proposals against the same brief.
Are these companies ranked from best to worst?
No. The ten companies appear alphabetically. Inclusion is based on publicly available residential design information and a Bangalore offering, with EverySpaces included as the publisher. We have not scored workmanship, audited every project or conducted a city-wide customer survey.
How much should I budget for a 2BHK or 3BHK interior?
Begin with a room-by-room scope. Kitchen and wardrobe quantities, board grades, finishes, hardware, ceilings and site work affect the total. A bedroom count alone is not enough for a reliable price. Request a measured quotation and identify exclusions before setting the final budget.
Can an interior designer handle only my kitchen or wardrobes?
Ask the company whether it accepts your project size and whether a minimum scope applies. A full-home offering does not automatically mean single-room work is available. EverySpaces lists modular kitchen and wardrobe services; discuss your requirements to confirm a suitable proposal.
Should I choose a large brand or a local design studio?
Compare the actual service you receive: who designs, who executes, how decisions are documented and who resolves issues. Company size alone cannot establish quality or personal attention. Ask to meet the proposed designer and clarify the project lead’s responsibilities.
What should I bring to the first consultation?
Bring a floor plan, possession or move-in target, photographs of the site if available, a list of rooms and a realistic budget range. Add a few reference images and explain what you like about them. Mention appliances or furniture you plan to keep.
How do I compare two interior design quotes fairly?
Match unit dimensions, quantities, materials, hardware series and finishes. Then account for taxes, transport, installation and excluded work. Ask each company to explain what can change after site measurement and how revisions will be charged.
How long does a Bangalore home interior project take?
The answer depends on design approvals, scope, site access, material availability and execution requirements. Request a schedule separating design, production, civil work, installation and snag correction. Confirm when any advertised delivery period begins.
Does a longer warranty mean better interiors?
Not by itself. Compare the covered products, exclusions, maintenance requirements and claims process. Ask who provides the warranty and whether labour, hardware and finishes have different terms. Get the applicable document before booking.
Can EverySpaces help me review an existing quotation?
You can bring an existing quotation to an EverySpaces consultation to discuss its scope, materials and design choices. The purpose is to help you understand what you are comparing. A different total is meaningful only when the inclusions and specifications are aligned.
